The Sales Manager (Agency Channel) focuses on building a powerful network of agents. You will be the bridge between the company and the field force, ensuring that your team of advisors has the tools and relationships needed to penetrate the market.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Recruit high-potential financial advisors from your professional network.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with agents to ensure high retention.
  • Conduct joint field calls to help advisors close complex sales.
  • Organize monthly recognition meets to keep the team morale high.
  • Focus on relationship-based selling to increase market share.
  • Monitor agent productivity and provide on-the-ground training.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Must completed Graduation compulsory.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing in any sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
  • Leadership skill to drive a team towards business goals.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with agents and clients.
