Sales Representative – Agency Channel

We seek a dynamic sales professional to recruit, develop, and lead a team of life insurance agents. You will drive sales, expand market share, and ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to industry regulations.

LOCATION : SALT LAKE

SALARY PACKAGE : 3 LPA – 3 40 LPA

Responsibilities:

Agent recruitment, development, and coaching
Sales target achievement
Market penetration and analysis
Customer relationship building
Compliance adherence
Requirements:

Proven sales experience (preferably life insurance)
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Organizational and time management skills
Life insurance license (or ability to obtain)
