Job Overview:
The Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business, maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. This role involves prospecting, presenting products/services, and closing deals to drive revenue growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business DevelopmentS: Drive sales through effective business development strategies, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and identifying new business opportunities in the life insurance sector.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and agency partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Team Recruitment: Lead the recruitment process for new agency partners, identifying candidates with potential and aligning them with our business goals.
- Team Training & Development: Design and implement training programs to enhance the skills and performance of agency partners, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet sales targets.
- Corporate Sales: Develop and execute strategies to penetrate corporate accounts, promoting our financial services and insurance products.
Agency Channel Development: Foster and manage relationships with agency partners, ensuring they are motivated and supported to achieve their targets. - Team Management: Oversee the performance of the team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure goals are met and exceeded.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities in the insurance and financial services sectors, using this information to adjust strategies as necessary.
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree Is Mandatory.
- 1-2 years of Sales experience.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on sales performance.
- Age Criteria : 24 To 40 Years.
- Must Be A local Candidate.
