Sales Representative

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our team . The
role requires a results-oriented professional with strong sales skills and experience in both general and BFSI
sales, working at the ABP (Agency Business Partner) level.

Responsibilities: 
– Generate leads and convert prospects for insurance products
– Build and maintain strong customer relationships
– Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
– Work closely with channel partners and team members
– Educate customers on insurance products and services
– Ensure timely documentation and policy issuance
– Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service

Requirements:  
– Graduate in any discipline
– Minimum 2 years of field sales experience (any sector)
– At least 1 year of experience in the BFSI sector
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Goal-oriented and self-motivated
– Local candidates from Surat or nearby areas preferred
