Job Summary:
A Sales Representative is a customer-centric professional who excels at building relationships, understanding individual needs, and selling insurance policies They should be skilled prospecting, presenting solutions, and closing deals while ensuring client satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Insurance sales reps need to actively seek out new business through various channels like cold calls, networking, and referrals.
- To establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and understanding their specific needs.
- To assess client’s financial situations and risk profiles to recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- To manage the entire sales process, from initial consultations to policy purchase and renewals.
- To address client inquiries about insurance policies, coverage, and claims.
- To guide clients through the claims process, helping them file claims and receive financial compensation
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any field.
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation (Any stream)
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
- Required experience certificate or reliving letter from previous organization (If experienced)
