Job Description

Job Overview:

To support sales operations by promoting target attainment, organizing client communications, and leading the sales team, we are looking for a results-oriented assistant sales manager.

Principal Duties:

Reach sales goals and keep an eye on team output.
Work together with clients and answer their questions.
Help with the sales team’s training and direction
Create leads and follow up with possible customers.
Encourage the sales team’s onboarding and ongoing development

Experience and Qualifications:

Must be a graduate.
At least one year’s worth of sales experience in any industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for establishing enduring bonds with both clients and agents.
