Job Title: Sales Representative – BFSI
Location: Jaipur
Job Summary:
We are hiring a dynamic sales representative to promote and sell BFSI products, including insurance, loans, and investment plans. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell BFSI products such as insurance, loans, mutual funds, etc.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate financial solutions.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent post-sale service.
- Meet assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Prepare daily sales reports and update CRM systems.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.
Eligibility & Skills Required:
- A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- 2+ years of sales experience (BFSI/insurance experience preferred).
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Goal-orientated and ready to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of financial products and services.
