Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our agency channel. The ideal applicant will be responsible for growing market share, acquiring new customers, and exceeding sales targets within a designated territory. This job involves a lot of field work, building trustworthy relationships with potential customers, and effectively communicating the advantages of our life insurance products.

Responsibilities :

• Create and maintain strong relationships with reps and clients in order to ensure long-term loyalty.
• Meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis.
• Adhere to the company’s sales and compliance regulations.
• Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reporting.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your sales and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Excellent bargaining and presentation abilities.
• Results-driven and driven by oneself
• Age: 21 to 38
• Experience: Min 1 + years of experience in sales & Marketing
• Must have local candidate
