Sales Representative – Insurance

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell various types of insurance policies (life, health, auto, property, etc.) to individuals or businesses.
• Assess clients’ needs and propose suitable coverage options.
• Generate new business through networking, cold calling, referrals, and lead follow-ups.
• Explain policy features, coverage, premiums, and benefits clearly to clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure renewals and referrals.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
• Stay updated on industry trends, products, underwriting policies, and competitors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Proven sales experience, preferably in the insurance
• Strong communication
• Self-motivated with excellent time management
• Knowledge of underwriting and claims processes
