We are looking for a strategically efficient and doting area sales representative to join our insurance department.
Responsibilities:
- Developing a good relationship with customers and partners
- Meeting the customers and briefing them with the policies and procedures of the company
- Recruit, train agents, and generate business through them in the assigned territory
- Monitoring sales targets and providing updates as needed
- On-field work to reach the maximum customer
- Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representative
- To create a strong advisor base, find and hire the best advisers.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- minimum of 2+ year of experience in sales and marketing
- Must be graduation
- Local candidate
- Age: 21 to 38 years
- CTC: 2.75 To 3.45 LPA
