Job Description
A Sales Representative responsibilities including leading and motivating a sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, coaching team members, and ensuring sales targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Provide guidance, support, and feedback to team members on a regular basis.
- Manage team performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth.
- Set sales quotas, targets, and goals for the team, aligning with company objectives.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Manage the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Ensure the team effectively uses sales tools and technology.
Key Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree is Mandatory
- Experience in any Sales or Marketing
- Must be a Local Candidate
- Age Criteria 24 – 38
- Ability and skill to lead Team
