Job Description
A Sales Executive in Life Insurance is responsible for acquiring new customers, selling life insurance policies, and ensuring after-sales service. The role involves generating leads, understanding client needs, and achieving sales targets through fieldwork or channel engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with potential leads via calls or visits
- Help prepare proposals, presentations, and basic documentation
- Communicate with customers for basic queries and updates
- Arrange team meetings, appointments, and field visits
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in any field
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- Age preference: between 24 and 40 years
- Strong in communication, leadership, and deal-closing skills
- Ability to lead a team and achieve targets
