Job Role:

Handle customer inquiries and provide product information
Assist customers with service-related support
Cross-sell and upsell financial products based on customer needs
Follow up on leads and convert them into business
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or service
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Background in BFSI or insurance preferred
