Job Description

Role Summary:

We are hiring a Sales & Services Officer to handle customer queries, promote insurance products, and provide end-to-end service support. This role combines sales performance with customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up on leads provided by the company
Promote insurance and financial products as per client needs
Assist customers with queries, forms, and service issues
Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth onboarding of clients
Achieve monthly sales and service targets

Candidate Requirements:

Graduate with minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service (BFSI preferred)
Strong communication and relationship skills
Target-driven and customer-focused
Local candidates preferred
