Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire new customers through field visits and referrals
Sell financial products based on customer needs
Provide service support for customer queries and documentation
Maintain regular follow-ups for customer satisfaction and cross-selling
Meet assigned sales and service targets
Ensure compliance with company guidelines and processes
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduation is mandatory
1–2 years of experience in field sales or customer service (BFSI preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Local market knowledge will be an added advantage
