Job Summary:
We are hiring a Sales Specialist to maintain and strengthen our client partnerships. This role requires a customer-focused professional who can understand client needs, resolve issues promptly, and support client retention and satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure timely follow-up.
Build strong relationships with clients to promote loyalty and long-term engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and deliver solutions.
Track and report client satisfaction metrics and suggest improvements.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on client feedback.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduation is required.
Minimum 1 year of experience in client service, sales, or account management.
Required local candidate.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to multitask and handle client expectations professionally.
