Job Summary:
The Sales Specialist drives business growth by selling insurance policies and services, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Finding, recruiting, and onboarding new channel partners who align with the company’s goals.
- Fostering strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Providing partners with the resources, training, and support they need to effectively sell the company’s products or services. Monitoring and evaluating channel partner performance, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance their sales capabilities.
- Setting sales targets and goals for channel partners and providing support to help them achieve them.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
