Job Title: Sales Specialist
Location: Dharward
CTC: 3.45 to 4.00 lpa incentive and Bonus
Experience: 1–3 years preferred
The Sales Specialist is responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building strong customer relationships. This role focuses on achieving sales targets and promoting company products/services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and generate new business
- Deliver product presentations and explain features/benefits
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Handle client queries and follow up for conversions
- Maintain records of sales and customer interactions
- Collaborate with marketing and support teams for smooth operations
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of sales techniques
- Customer-focused and target-driven
- Proficient in MS Office/CRM tools
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM is a plus
