Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Specialist who will be responsible for driving sales, managing the sales team, and achieving business targets. The candidate will handle client relationships and develop strategies to increase sales.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead the sales team.
  • Generate new business opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Monitor team performance and provide guidance.
  • Identify new markets and business opportunities.
  • Prepare sales reports and market feedback.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduation completed (mandatory).
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales / Marketing.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to achieve sales targets.

Salary

  • CTC: 3.00 – 3.15 LPA + Incentives + Benefits
