Job Overview:
We are seeking a result-driven Sales Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets through a field-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new customers through direct sales
Promote and sell financial products tailored to customer needs
Maintain regular contact with existing clients for cross-selling opportunities
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and client interactions
Ensure compliance with sales processes and company policies
Candidate Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in BFSI
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Local market knowledge will be an advantage
