Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Sales Specialist (ARDM) to recruit, train, and manage a team of life insurance advisors. This role is responsible for achieving sales targets through advisor productivity and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard new insurance advisors
• Train and develop advisor team for sales productivity
• Motivate and guide the team to meet sales goals
• Track performance and ensure regular reporting
• Conduct field visits with advisors to support sales
• Build strong relationships with customers and team

  Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
• Minimum 1.5 years of field sales experience (BFSI preferred)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Local candidates preferred
