About The Job:

The role is to lead, teach, and motivate agents to drive growth and success. We are seeking a dynamic sales specialist in BFSI industry.

Duties and Positions:

A team of agents should be recruited, trained, and led to meet individual and group performance objectives.
Conduct performance evaluations on a regular basis and offer helpful criticism and customized development plans.
Create and execute interesting training courses to improve agent competencies.
Align agent development with corporate objectives by collaborating closely with leadership.

Experience & Qualification:

Had to have finished their degree.
at least one year of experience in marketing and sales, in any industry.
ability to reach or surpass sales goals with consistency.
Able to inspire and guide a group of people to accomplish company objectives.
Excellent interpersonal skills with clients and agents.
