Job Summary:
A Sales Specialist- BFSI is responsible for generating sales by meeting clients in person, typically within a specific geographic area. This role involves actively visiting potential and existing customers, pitching products or services, closing deals, and maintaining strong relationships.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, door-to-door marketing, and calling.
- Generate leads and convert them into paying customers.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Provide ongoing support and resolve post-sales queries or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, sales, and customer feedback.
- Demonstrate product features and explain benefits to customers.
- Participate in promotional campaigns or events as required.
- Submit daily or weekly reports to the sales manager.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Required all previously employed company experience certificate
- Preferred local candidate.
