Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Specialist – BFSI to promote and sell banking, financial, and insurance products. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, offering the right solutions, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell insurance products to potential customers.
- Identify potential customers and generate leads.
- Explain product features, benefits, and terms clearly.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain good relationships with new and existing clients.
- Keep records of sales, customer interactions, and feedback.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
