Roles and Responsibilities:

– Lead a field sales team to meet daily and monthly targets

– Manage and support a team of field sales executives.

– Train and guide team members on product knowledge and selling.

– Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales.

– Performance Management.

– Provide motivation and support to improve productivity.

Required Candidate profile :

Qualification : Graduate

Experience : 2+ years in Any Field of Sales

– Two Wheeler Required

– Must be Local.
