Key Responsibilities:

– Market and offer various insurance products, such as life, health, motor, and general insurance.

– Comprehend the needs of the customer and suggest appropriate insurance plans.

– Foster and uphold connections with current and prospective clients to promote repeat transactions and recommendations.

– Fulfill the company’s monthly and quarterly sales targets as designated.

– Work together with underwriters and claims departments to facilitate seamless processing of policies and services.

Required Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree

– 2-5 years of experience in sales or marketing

– Strong sales, marketing, and persuasion skills

– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

– Knowledge of insurance products and regulations
