We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Specialist to drive insurance product sales and deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, lead follow-ups, and referrals.
• Conduct presentations, meetings, and one-on-one consultations with clients.
• Assist clients in completing application forms and collecting required documentation.
• Stay updated on insurance products, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings.
• Understand clients financial and protection needs to recommend appropriate policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1–4 years of experience in insurance sales
• knowledge of insurance principles and products
• Excellent communication, negotiation
• Self-driven with strong organizational
