Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our life insurance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a focus on life insurance products, and a passion for helping clients secure their financial future.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell life insurance products to individuals and families.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients’ financial goals and recommend appropriate coverage.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
Achieve sales targets and KPIs through prospecting, lead generation, and closing sales.
Provide clients with expert advice and guidance on life insurance plans.
Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to policy issuance.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in life insurance or financial services.
Strong understanding of life insurance products and industry regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving sales goals.
Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
