Job Overview:

We are hiring a Sales Specialist (RM) for the Banca Sales channel in Junagadh to drive life insurance business through bank branches. The role focuses on customer acquisition, relationship management, and achieving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with bank staff to source and convert leads.
Promote and sell life insurance products to bank customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Ensure compliance with company and bank processes.

Candidate Profile:

Graduation is mandatory.
Minimum 1–2 years of  BFSI  Sales experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven and proactive.
