Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive Sales Supervisor – BFSI to lead and support the sales team in achieving targets and driving growth in insurance products.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage, Monitor and guide the sales team
• Monitor daily sales activities and performance
• Ensure achievement of sales targets
• Train and motivate team members
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Report sales progress and market feedback

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
• Graduation Completion
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Preferred local candidate
