The Sales Supervisor – BFSI is responsible for leading a team of sales officers, driving business growth. The role involves team supervision, strategic planning, and performance monitoring within the BFSI sector.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide a team of sales officers to meet targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies.
- Monitor daily sales activities and performance metrics.
- Train, coach, and motivate the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
