Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Supervisor – BFSI to oversee a team of sales executives, drive the sales of insurance products, and ensure targets are met.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide the sales team
• Help team achieve sales targets for BFSI products
• Monitor daily sales activities and performance
• Train and support team members
• Ensure good customer service and relationship management
• Report sales updates to the management

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
• Graduation Completion
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Preferred local candidate
