Job Summary:

We are hiring a Sales Supervisor- BFSI  to lead a team of sales executives in promoting banking and financial products. The role involves team management, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide the sales team
• Help the team achieve sales targets
• Train and support sales executives
• Monitor daily sales activities and performance
• Generate leads and build strong customer relationships
• Prepare and share sales reports with management

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
• Graduation Completion
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Preferred local candidate
