Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Supervisor- BFSI to lead a team of sales executives in the BFSI sector. The role involves overseeing daily sales operations, ensuring team performance, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Monitor sales activities and ensure targets are achieved.
- Train and motivate team members to improve performance.
- Develop and implement sales plans.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
