Job Summary:

The Sales Supervisor – Insurance oversees a small sales team, helps them achieve targets, and supports customers in choosing suitable insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide the insurance sales team.
• Achieve team and individual sales targets.
• Identify new customers and business opportunities.
• Help team members in field visits and closing insurance sales.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance.
• Maintain strong customer relationships.

What We Require: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience  
• Graduation Completion 
• Required all semester marksheets.  
• Preferred local candidate
