Job Summary:

A Sales Team Executive leads and motivates a sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. This involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing team performance, and fostering strong customer relationships. They also analyze sales data, provide insights, and ensure the team is well-equipped with the necessary resources and training.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Identify, recruit and form a team and help them in motivating, guiding and making them to achieve the sales targets and goals.
  • Preparing, and drafting proposals and quotes. Generating leads and reaching out to prospects.
  • Creating and maintaining customer relationship management data.
  • Achieving daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Keep a track on performance and provide feedback to team members on regular basis

Eligibility Criteria: 

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales and marketing is required.
  • Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
  • Required all semester marksheets.
  • Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person)
  • Preferred local candidate.
