Job Title: Sales Team Leader

Job Type: Full-Time

Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide a team of salespeople to meet their targets.
• Plan daily sales activities and assign tasks to team members.
• Train new team members and support existing staff.
• Track team performance and give regular feedback.
• Help the team solve problems and handle customer issues.
• Visit the market with team members to support them and understand the ground situation.
• Prepare simple reports and share updates with senior managers.
• Make sure company rules and goals are followed by the team.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in any stream; MBA is an advantage.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year of team handling.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of the local area and customer behavior is a plus.
