Job Title: Sales Team Handling
We are looking for a Sales Team Lead to guide and support a group of sales professionals. You will be responsible for helping the team meet targets and improve overall performance.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of sales executives to reach their targets.
- Guide team members on how to talk to clients and close deals.
- Monitor daily work, give feedback, and help improve team performance.
- Plan and share daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Solve any problems your team or clients face quickly and clearly.
- Report sales results and team updates to senior managers.
- Help train new team members and make sure everyone follows company rules.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and support teams to improve customer experience.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales
- Education: Graduate in any stream (MBA or sales-related course is a plus).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving ability.
- Must be target-driven and willing to take ownership.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and motivate the team.
