Position: Sales Team Leader / Business Development Manager
Experience: 2 to 5 years in Sales & Team Management (preferably from BFSI/Insurance domain)
CTC: Up to ₹4 LPA + Incentives & Other Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives
Drive sales performance and ensure target achievement
Develop and execute local sales strategies
Monitor daily activities and provide guidance to the team
Build and maintain strong client relationships

Candidate Requirements:

Graduate (mandatory)
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and team handling
Strong leadership and communication skills
Background in BFSI or Insurance preferred
