Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve targets
Drive business through direct and team efforts in the assigned territory
Coach, train, and motivate team members for higher productivity
Monitor daily activities and provide regular performance feedback
Ensure quality customer acquisition and retention
Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners

Candidate Profile:

Graduate in any stream (mandatory)
Proven team handling experience in sales, preferably in insurance or BFSI
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Target-oriented with a drive for results
