Job Description

A Sales Team Lead is responsible for guiding and overseeing a team of sales representatives to ensure that sales goals and targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coaching and mentoring team members to improve their skills and performance.
  • Leading a team of sales reps by setting goals, providing support, and ensuring that each team member is motivated and focused on achieving their targets.
  • Assisting with the hiring process and onboarding of new team members.
  • Mediating conflicts within the team and resolving disputes to maintain a productive work environment.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
  • The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
