Job Description
A Sales Team Lead is responsible for guiding and overseeing a team of sales representatives to ensure that sales goals and targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coaching and mentoring team members to improve their skills and performance.
- Leading a team of sales reps by setting goals, providing support, and ensuring that each team member is motivated and focused on achieving their targets.
- Assisting with the hiring process and onboarding of new team members.
- Mediating conflicts within the team and resolving disputes to maintain a productive work environment.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
- The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
