Job Summary:
We are hiring a proactive and experienced sales team lead to manage a team of field sales executives. The role involves team recruitment, training, daily supervision, and achieving sales targets through effective leadership and field engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor team performance and provide on-the-ground support and coaching
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
- Help team members close deals and resolve customer queries
- Ensure adherence to company processes and compliance norms
- Generate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management
Candidate Profile:
- Education: Graduate in any stream
- Experience: 1–4 years in Sales or Team Handling (Insurance/BFSI preferred)
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Target-driven and customer-focused
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Field sales and local market knowledge
Other Requirements:
- Two-wheeler and willingness to travel locally
