Job Title: Sales Team Lead – Insurance

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated sales team lead to manage a team of sales executives or advisors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving team targets, training team members, and driving sales performance in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance sales executives/advisors
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team
- Conduct joint field visits and support team in closing deals
- Monitor individual and team performance regularly
- Motivate team members to achieve high performance
- Ensure adherence to company policies and processes
- Generate reports and present updates to senior management
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
- Experience: 1–3 years in sales (preferably insurance/BFSI)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Must own a two-wheeler for field activities (if applicable)
