Job Title: Sales Team Lead – BFSI
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven sales team lead to manage and mentor a team of sales professionals in the BFSI sector. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing strategies, and ensuring team productivity while maintaining a strong focus on customer service and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and training to ensure productivity.
- Generate leads and support team members in client acquisition and relationship management.
- Develop sales strategies and implement plans to penetrate the market and boost revenue.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and compliance standards.
- Maintain relationships with key customers and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular sales reviews, prepare performance reports, and present insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams for smooth execution.
Requirements:
- Graduate/postgraduate in any stream (MBA preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in BFSI (insurance, banking, or finance).
- Proven experience in team handling and driving sales performance.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
