Job Description

Job Title: Sales Team Lead – BFSI

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven sales team lead to manage and mentor a team of sales professionals in the BFSI sector. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing strategies, and ensuring team productivity while maintaining a strong focus on customer service and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching and training to ensure productivity.
  • Generate leads and support team members in client acquisition and relationship management.
  • Develop sales strategies and implement plans to penetrate the market and boost revenue.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and compliance standards.
  • Maintain relationships with key customers and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular sales reviews, prepare performance reports, and present insights to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams for smooth execution.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/postgraduate in any stream (MBA preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in BFSI (insurance, banking, or finance).
  • Proven experience in team handling and driving sales performance.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
