Job Description

Job Title: Sales Team Lead – BFSI

Role Overview:
We are hiring an energetic and performance-driven sales team lead to manage and guide a team of sales executives in the BFSI sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving business targets, leading field operations, and ensuring team productivity and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales strategies to penetrate the market and boost revenue.
  • Identify potential customers and support the team in lead conversion.
  • Provide regular training, mentoring, and motivation to enhance team performance.
  • Monitor field activities and ensure effective territory coverage.
  • Track individual and team KPIs and share reports with management.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve escalations promptly.
  • Ensure adherence to all company processes, compliance, and regulatory norms.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate in any stream (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: 2–5 years in BFSI sales, including team handling experience.
  • Age Limit: 24–38 years.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Goal-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Proven ability to drive field sales and meet targets.
