Role Overview:
We are hiring an energetic and performance-driven sales team lead to manage and guide a team of sales executives in the BFSI sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving business targets, leading field operations, and ensuring team productivity and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategies to penetrate the market and boost revenue.
- Identify potential customers and support the team in lead conversion.
- Provide regular training, mentoring, and motivation to enhance team performance.
- Monitor field activities and ensure effective territory coverage.
- Track individual and team KPIs and share reports with management.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve escalations promptly.
- Ensure adherence to all company processes, compliance, and regulatory norms.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Graduate in any stream (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 2–5 years in BFSI sales, including team handling experience.
- Age Limit: 24–38 years.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
- Proven ability to drive field sales and meet targets.
