About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Team Lead to manage sales activities and drive business growth in Karad. The role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to guide a team, and proven experience in sales within the BFSI or related sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives.
Achieve business targets by implementing effective sales strategies.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
Train and mentor team members to improve performance and productivity.
Monitor daily sales activities, prepare reports, and present performance updates.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements:

Graduation is mandatory.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in BFSI/Insurance/Banking.
Prior experience in team handling will be an added advantage.
Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
