Job Title: Sales Team Lead 
Location: Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh
Compensation: Up to ₹3.70 LPA + attractive incentives 
Type: Full-time 

Job Description:
We are hiring a Sales Team Lead to guide a high-performing team focused on customer acquisition and market penetration. The position requires strong field management capabilities and a proven ability to drive results through effective leadership.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Build and manage a network of sales representatives.
  • Execute territory-level strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching.
  • Conduct market visits, lead generation drives, and field promotions.
  • Maintain compliance with all operational and reporting standards.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree (any specialization) is required.
  • Minimum 2 years of direct field sales experience.
  • Leadership experience in team management preferred.
  • Good command of local market conditions.
  • Preference for candidates from the local area.
