We are hiring a Sales Team Lead to guide a high-performing team focused on customer acquisition and market penetration. The position requires strong field management capabilities and a proven ability to drive results through effective leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a network of sales representatives.
- Execute territory-level strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching.
- Conduct market visits, lead generation drives, and field promotions.
- Maintain compliance with all operational and reporting standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (any specialization) is required.
- Minimum 2 years of direct field sales experience.
- Leadership experience in team management preferred.
- Good command of local market conditions.
