Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join us as a Sales Team Leader

Required Performers  :

  • ·                    Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • ·                   Generating leads via, networking, referrals.
  • ·                   Ability to allocate duties based on the skills of employees
  • ·                   Recruit, train, and mentor a team of insurance agents.
  • ·                   Comply with company policies and regulations.
  • ·                   Negotiate and close high-value deals
  • ·                   Implementing effective sales strategies to drive sales.
  • ·                   Analyzing customer needs
  • ·                   Establishing and maintaining positive business relationships with clients

Required Performers 

  • ·         Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
  • ·         Motivational leadership skills
  • ·         Previous experience in field sales or related areas.
  • ·         Effective leadership and management capabilities

Who Should Apply:

1. Bachelor’s degree required

2. Min. 2+ years of field sales experience needed.

3. Up to 3.50 LPA + incentive + Other Benefit

4. A bike and a valid license are required.
