Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Team Leader to manage and guide a team of sales executives in the BFSI sector. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a background in financial product sales, and a passion for driving results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve business targets.
- Train, motivate, and monitor team performance regularly.
- Drive sales of BFSI products such as insurance services.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market acquisition.
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly sales reports with management.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
