Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Sales Team Leader to lead, coach, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. The role focuses on team performance, training, and strategic sales execution.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
• Train, mentor, and support team members for skill development
• Monitor daily sales activities and provide performance feedback
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans
• Resolve escalated customer issues and maintain high satisfaction levels

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
• Graduation Completion
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Preferred local candidate
